BIOGRAPHY
Nick brings nearly a decade of real estate fund finance experience spanning fund operations, LP reporting, and joint venture oversight across complex multi-sleeve investment structures.
Most recently, Nick served as a Finance Manager at Bain Capital Real Estate, where he oversaw fund finance for a ~$11 billion real estate portfolio spanning multiple funds and co-investment vehicles.
He helped build and scale the reporting and automation infrastructure
behind the platform while leading a team of finance professionals across fund reporting and operations.
Prior to Bain Capital, Nick worked in the assurance practice at RSM US LLP, auditing financial services clients in New York City. Nick holds a BS in Accountancy and an MBA from Providence College and is a licensed CPA.
