Leigh Paull is a retail development and construction executive with more than 20 years of experience leading complex, multi-site programs, and large-scale shopping center redevelopments.
As a Registered Architect, Leigh masterfully bridges the gap between high-quality design principles and the practical, commercial realities of real estate development, constructability, and long-term ownership objectives.
Prior to joining 11North Partners, Leigh served as Project Director of Re/Development for Brixmor Property Group, where she drove major asset repositioning strategies and guided complex commercial redevelopments across Florida.
Her extensive leadership footprint also includes her tenure as a Principal at Cuhaci Peterson in Orlando.
Leigh holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from Kent State University and is a member of ICSC.
