Sara Brady

Sara has over seven years of real estate finance experience spanning asset management and valuation.

Most recently, Sara served as Manager of Financial Asset Management at Brixmor Property Group, where she was responsible for overseeing the South Region — the company’s largest portfolio, comprising over 150 open-air shopping centers. In this role, she led financial planning and execution for major reinvestment initiatives — including redevelopments, anchor repositionings, and outparcel developments — representing over $350M in capital projects.

Sara’s role also spanned reviewing tenant credit, monthly and quarterly reporting, and recruiting and developing the analyst team.

Prior to joining Brixmor, Sara was an Associate in Economic and Valuation Services – Real Estate at KPMG, where she performed fair value measurements and developed valuation models for institutional real estate portfolios. Sara graduated from Villanova University’s School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate.
