BIOGRAPHY
Timothy served as Executive Vice President of Leasing for RPT Realty from August 2018 through the company’s acquisition by Kimco Realty in January 2024.
Timothy has more than 20 years of real estate industry experience, including a role at Acadia Realty Trust, where he started as a Director and rose to Senior Vice President of Leasing.
Prior to this, Timothy worked at both Kimco Realty and Pyramid Management Group in various leasing capacities.
Timothy holds a B.A. from the State University of New York at Oswego. He is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and a member of ICSC.
